Position Type: Full time Compensation: $18.00 - 22.00 per hour Location: Woodinville, WA Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm *Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and/or alternate days or hours as needed. About the job: The Housekeeping Inspector will support the business by working with our furnishings, housekeeping, and laundry teams to train team members and ensuring that all quality standards are met for Corporate Housing units prior to a guest arrival. What you'll be doing:
  • Perform regular cleans in both corporate housing units and residential buildings
  • Perform move out cleans in both corporate housing units and residential buildings
  • Complete all daily work orders
  • Communicate to dispatch any work orders needed
  • Restock vehicle with necessary items at the end of your shift
  • Perform quality assurance inspection on corporate housing units and residential buildings
  • Make infield household deliveries as needed
  • Perform daily vehicle inspection prior to leaving Headquarters
  • Perform pest inspections in unoccupied units
  • Provide tours and meet and greets for guests
  • Make minor repairs and perform touch up painting as necessary to meet quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
  • May provide cross-training to staff.
Travel:
  • This position could require minimal travel, less than 20% of the time.
About you:What you'll bring:
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • High School Diploma/GED
What we are looking for:
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. required
  • Possess the sense of urgency to complete the task quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality check standards
  • Must have the ability to perform task independently with minimal supervision
  • Will be required to move furniture
  • Maintenance skills are a plus
Work Environment: Usual office working conditions. This position will have desk space with a computer and a phone. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial, answer, and talk on a telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; boxes, documents and/or other items.
