POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Sanders Beach Rentals. We service a select few communities within Santa Rosa such as Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove & Watersound/Watersound West. We keep our properties to this designated area of 10-15 miles, so you can be confident your time is spent inspecting homes and not driving long distances or fighting traffic.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality in our vacation rental properties. This position embraces and maintains quality control programs and procedures to maximize the efficiency or our inspection services. You will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting properties to ensure they meet our company's rigorous standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. You will work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to identify and correct any issues, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect properties ensuring that they meet company standards
• Identify, correct and report anything not meeting company standards (including safety & maintenance standards)
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning of property to ensure company standards
• Perform full/partial cleans on properties if needed
• Assist linen attendants to ensure linens meet company standards
• Ensure high level of customer service. Build relationships with employees, guests and homeowners
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years experience in short-term rental property management housekeeping
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operating software
• Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $24 plus full benefits

Bonus

• May earn bonus incentives based on exceptional job performance

Schedule

• Weekends (8+ hours) 8:30am-4:30pm 5 days a weeks
