POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vacation Rental Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality before guest arrivals. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an exceptional guest experience by conducting thorough property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs, and ensuring that each property is fully equipped and guest-ready. The Property Inspector works closely with the cleaning & maintenance team, management, and contractors to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and properties remain in compliance with local regulations and company policies. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vacation properties before and after each guest stay
  • Identify and report any maintenance, housekeeping, or inventory issues
  • Ensure all amenities and appliances are in proper working order
  • Verify that housekeeping and maintenance tasks have been completed to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of property inspections

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different properties
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $30 - $40

Bonus

  • Eligible after 90 days KPI's to be determined by General Manager

Schedule

  • Weekends Required
  • 10am-4pm
