SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the offices, break room, restroom and facility area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:- Sweep and mop offices, hallways and communal areas daily
- Empty trash and recycle bins daily
- Clean restrooms daily - multiple times
- Stock toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer and soap
- Assist in supply room when needed
- Clean microwaves, counter tops, sinks and tables in break room
- Clean windows and outside break areas
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18yrs of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical / Environment: - Stand: Continuously (8 or more hours)
- Grasp: Frequently
- Pull/Push: Frequently (5-15 lbs)
- Lift/Carry: Frequently (up to 20 lbs.)
- Other Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally reach above shoulder (up to 2 ft)
- Bend/Stoop: Frequently
