Chesterton Manor is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Chesterton, IN.

The Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Shift: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Follows Housekeeping procedures

• Place soiled linen (facility or resident's personal linen) in the washing machine

• Folds or hangs resident personal linen transports and distributes resident personal linen to resident's room. Hangs clothes in the closet and places clothes in drawers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

• Must be 18 years and older

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment

• Must be over 18 to apply
