Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervises the scheduling, training and evaluating of all Environmental Services personnel.
- Develop and maintain cleaning programs for designated groups to ensure clean and attractive public environment.
- Assists in establishing standards and procedures for ensuring a clean and attractive facility.
- Recommends, documents and issues disciplinary notification to personnel.
- Monitors and assists in proper timekeeping methods.
- Requisition supplies and equipment within established budgetary guidelines.
- Participates in professional organizations that promote the development of the company.
- Experienced with OSHA guidelines, including Right-To-Know Act, and Blood-Borne Pathogens.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience in professional office management cleaning environment and/ or cleaning of large public areas facility.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
- Basic computer skills, strong organizational and leadership abilities required.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
- Ability to consistently comprehend, retains, and/or execute written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance
- Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
