Job DescriptionSummary: Keeps premises of commercial and institutional buildings in clean and orderlycondition by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties maybe assigned.
- Assist Facility Manger with scheduling
- Assist with administrative duties
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators,stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Lifting chairs and place them over tables (approx. chair weight: 20-25 lbs.)
- Moving chemicals (5 gal bucketsapprox. weight 40+ lbs.)
- Moving tables (approx. weight 40+ lbs.)
- Operates different types of equipment (i.e. burnishers, scrubbers, pressurewasher)
- Uses ManLift or ScissorLift Machine
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills

Ability to effectively presentinformation in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, andother employees of the organization.Math Ability:Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of Americanmoney and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- ortwo-step instructions.
