Job Overview:We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to ensure our residents enjoy a pristine and inviting living environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our beautiful buildings, common areas, amenity spaces, and apartments.Essential Job Functions:- Your keen eye for detail will be put to good use as you inspect and clean all the building spaces, common areas, amenities, lobbies, bathrooms, exterior spaces, and vacant/corporate apartments daily.- Embrace the satisfaction of preparing apartments for new residents, conducting thorough apartment turnovers, and reporting any damaged items promptly.- Prioritize the health and well-being of our community by diligently cleaning and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces daily, following our comprehensive sanitizing checklist. This includes door handles, elevator buttons, sanitizing station push bars, gym equipment, bathroom fixtures, shopping cart handles, and the Package Concierge screen.- Elevate the first impression for all residents and guests by ensuring each building's lobby is immaculate, cleaned three times weekly.- Keep our corridors in pristine condition with bi-weekly cleaning, ensuring our hallways are a testament to our commitment to excellence.- Create a spotless and hygienic environment in our stairwells, cleaning them weekly and attending to them as needed.- Champion the importance of health and fitness by cleaning the gym and fitness equipment twice daily, ensuring our residents can maintain an active lifestyle in a clean environment.- Monitor and track cleaning supplies, taking weekly inventories, and promptly notifying your immediate supervisor when supplies are running low.Qualifications of the Position:- A positive attitude and commitment to professional manager and image are essential for this role.- Prior housekeeping experience is highly valued, as is the ability to deliver exceptional service with a friendly demeanor.- A High School Diploma or equivalent educational background is required.- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.Physical Requirements of the Position:- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.- Must be able to walk around the building for long periods of time.- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space.- Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuing basis.- Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a sometimes loud and extremely busy environment.Work Schedule:- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.Join Our Team:At Water Club Luxury Living, we believe in creating an environment where our residents thrive, and our team members flourish.
