Responsibilities:

The Houseperson/Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and maintenance of residences, storage areas and vehicles as assigned. The Houseperson/Housekeeping will maintain CoralTree Residence Collections high standards of cleanliness. Hotel cleaning experience is NOT required. Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Hawaii drivers license and acceptable driving record is required
• Effective verbal communication skills required
• 1 to 2 years prior experience in cleaning hotel/resort guest rooms preferred
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision
