Responsibilities:Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and event spaces, by regularly sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Linen and Supply Management: Assist with the transportation and distribution of linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts, ensuring that all items are stocked and replenished as needed.
Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Guest Assistance: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries, and assist with luggage handling, deliveries, and other guest needs as required.
Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by promptly reporting any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and timely completion of work orders, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
