The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our housing program, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the housing program- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents- Respond to inquiries from residents and the general public- Schedule appointments and meetings for residents- Prepare case management notes and other documents as needed- Assist with program outreach- Perform other administrative duties as assigned- Coordination and follow-up of resident servicesSalary:$18.00 per hourBenefits:Free YMCA MembershipPaid vacation, personal days, holidays and sick timeEmployee Assistance ProgramRequirements- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a housing or social services setting- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience working with the homeless coalition and/or homeless services a plus
