As a Housing Subsidy Manager, you will work in a supportive housing setting with positions located throughout Southern New Jersey.
Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm with half hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
* Re-certification for DMHAS/SHC, Continuum of Care (CoC), and DCA subsidies
* Coordinate internal inspections and ensure compliance with inspections from State funding sources for all DMHAS/SHC, CoC and DCA subsidy holders
* Develop and maintain a system for coordinating tenant files and reporting in accordance with affordable housing guidelines for County, local, and State funding sources
* Act as liaison between funding sources (DMHAS/SHC, CoC, DCA) and Oaks programs to ensure adherence to guidelines by agency
* Complete and submit all subsidy renewal packets
* Prepare clinical, statistical billing and personal documentation in a timely manner
* Attend necessary meetings related to CoC funding
* Participate in all housing meetings to follow consumer updates, income changes, and any hospitalizations
* Update HMIS system; complete annual HMIS training
* Meet with consumers to explain subsidy program including payments and landlord responsibilities
* Work closely with case managers to identify appropriate, affordable units
* Notify consumers and staff of all upcoming subsidy renewals

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field or other appropriate human services related discipline;
* Valid Driver's License.
