What You'll Be Doing

As the Cornerstone Housing Support Supervisor, you will provide oversight to for a diverse team of supervisors and housing social workers as well as oversee contracted community partners.
Essential Functions:
* Monitor community agency contract case management through monthly meetings, on-site visits, chart auditing and site surveys to ensure high quality services are provided to PSH clients
* Assist with writing and executing MOU's and Service Agreements with partner agencies
* Oversee TBRA and Residential Case Management and ensure services are consistent and meet funding guidelines
* Provide clinical support and guidance to LCSW Supervisors and Housing Social Workers on complex cases
* Assist with reports, trends and analysis and provide feedback to the Cornerstone Program Manager
* Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in the community to meet community needs and ensure that services are not being duplicated
* Keep up to date on all program funding and reporting requirements to ensure effective program delivery
* Implements appropriate staff trainings and continuing education opportunities that would improve or enhance services provided
* Work interdepartmentally and with agencies to ensure all program policies and procedures are performed, documented and reported correctly

The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
* Bachelor's degree
* Three years of job-related experience

Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience)
* Three years supervisory experience
* Master's Degree in Social Work
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker
How Will We Know You're 'The One'?
* Knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing and other evidence-based best practices
* Knowledge and Experience with contract monitoring, compliance and auditing
* Supervisory experience and ability to lead and motivate staff
* Knowledge and experience working with mental health, substance use, people living with HIV, crisis intervention and the homeless population
* Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and timely
* Excellent speaking, listening and written communication skills
* Ability to be flexible, a team player and adaptable to changing circumstances
* Proficient skills with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Excel, Word and Outlook)
