Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid RN license in this state
  • Minimum of one year nursing experience; hospice experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and after-hours evaluations for patients in need
  • Manage patient symptoms promptly, ensuring comfort and dignity
  • Supervise patient care after hours and coordinate services with caregivers and physicians
  • Adjust and follow up on patient care plans to ensure quality and continuity of care
