Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Marketing and Brand, the Talent Marketing Specialist will assist in building a talent marketing strategy, supporting recruitment efforts across North America.

As a Talent Marketing Specialist at Swissport, you will play a key role in promoting our employer brand and value proposition, focusing on candidate attraction and engagement. You will be instrumental in ensuring our brand remains competitive and appealing through a multi-channel marketing approach and the creation of compelling content. Additionally, you will manage and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns, continually seeking ways to enhance our brand presence.

Your activities

  • Serve as an ambassador of Swissports employer brand and employer value proposition with a focus on candidate attraction, engagement, and journey.
  • Identify and evaluate recruitment marketing and promotional channels, including various media platforms to reach target candidate audience.
  • Support initiatives across CRM, website, and talent community.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Partner with creative teams and vendors to develop multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid social, programmatic, and job boards) and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate in the development of meaningful content to include external newsletters, blogs, social posts, and employer brand ad campaigns.
  • Aid in managing, tracking, and reporting outcomes across multi-channel campaigns.

Your profile

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field experience.
  • 1 to 2 years talent acquisition or recruitment marketing/employer brand experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of job boards, social channels, and paid social.
  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), PowerPoint, Canva, and other Content Creation/Planning Tools.
  • Video production experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
