JOB DESCRIPTION

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Interview: Teams interview

Summary:

As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role insupporting the HR department in multiple activities at the Russellville XPSFoam plant in Russellville, Arkansas. This position will be full-time. Thepurpose of this role will be to provide the Russellville plant with HR supportand be a positive force of administrative effectiveness and engagement in theworkplace.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

HR Management

Maintain accurate employee records including new hirefiles, attendance records, and other HR related documentation.

Process new hire files and I-9 documentation.

Create and administrate employee badges.

Assist with employee random drug screening administrativeprocess.

Employee Benefits

Assist in preparation and facilitation of benefit processes.

Assist employees with benefit-related inquires on medicalprograms, retirement plans, healthy living benefits, ECT.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Communicate plant staffing needs to recruiters.

Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews with recruitersand key plant stakeholders.

Assist in employee pre-hire and onboarding processes.

Coordinate new hire orientation by communicating with keyplant stakeholders.

Kronos Hourly Payroll

Prepare weekly hourly employee payroll through Kronossystem and daily timecard reviewal management.

Communicate with supervisors on employee attendance andvacation usage.

Employee Engagement & Recognition

Support in plant efforts to be a culture of appreciation.

Participate in coordination of employee engagementinitiatives.

Training and Development

Provide administrative support to T&D team

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma Required

2-3 years of working HR experience, preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Manufacturing Knowledge or Experience, preferred.

Payroll system experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees atdifferent levels in an organization.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work closely with all types of employees.

Collaborative can work well with a diverse team.
