Job Description:

Bilingual English/Spanish HR Administrative Assistant Needed!Onsite location near McClintock & University in Tempe$24.00 Per HourOur client is seeking an Administrative assistant to help out with onboarding and other employee support functions while running their busy office. Typical duties include:

  • Onboarding paperwork completion
  • E-Verify completionÂ
  • Employee separation paperwork
  • Assisting employees with eHub access, tax changes, and direct deposit
  • Data entry and management in ERP software (WinTeam)
  • Assist with worker's compensation claims
  • Review and code invoices
  • Request certificates of insurance
  • Order office supplies
  • Order company phones
  • Oversee company uniform program

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of human resources, employee onboarding, and/or administrative assistant experience
  • Bilingual †English/Spanish
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
