Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting an established automotive dealership group seeking a dynamic and experienced **HR Administrator - Benefits and Employee Relations** to join their team in **Pearl River, NY** . This starts as a temp-to-hire position, but can turn permanent for the right candidate fast! This role requires expertise in the ADP platform and a commitment to fostering positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance within a unionized environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Benefits Administration

+ Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.

+ Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.

+ Compliance and Reporting

+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

+ Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports for compliance, audits, and senior management review.

+ Employee Relations

+ Develop and maintain positive employee relations strategies for both union and non-union staff, fostering open communication and engagement.

+ Address and resolve employee issues, grievances, and disputes in a timely manner.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

+ Proven HR experience, specifically in benefits administration and employee relations within a unionized environment.

+ Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and knowledgeable in labor laws, benefits regulations, and compliance requirements.

+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

**Benefits:**

+ Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 yearly.

**Pay Details:** $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
