Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing and maintaining the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless operation of critical employee data management systems
- Lead system enhancement initiatives that improve HR process automation and data accuracy
- Develop and implement custom reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, leading system integration projects
- Champion data security and privacy compliance, protecting sensitive employee information
- Build and maintain documentation of processes and best practices for sustainable system management
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of successfully administering HRIS platforms (experience with Paycom is highly valued)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in creating custom reports and analyzing HR data for insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is valued but not required
