Your Impact & Contributions:
  • Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing and maintaining the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless operation of critical employee data management systems
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives that improve HR process automation and data accuracy
  • Develop and implement custom reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, leading system integration projects
  • Champion data security and privacy compliance, protecting sensitive employee information
  • Build and maintain documentation of processes and best practices for sustainable system management
What You Bring to Succeed:
  • Track record of successfully administering HRIS platforms (experience with Paycom is highly valued)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in creating custom reports and analyzing HR data for insights
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders
  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is valued but not required
