Our client, a leading organization in the HR industry, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team. As an HR Analyst, you will be part of the HR Operations team supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.**Job Title:** HR Analyst**Location:** New York City, New York**Pay Range:** $35-40/hr (based on experience)**What's the Job?**+ Administer assigned elements of HR data management processes, including data entry, confirmation, and reconciliation.+ Assist with delivering standard email communications to new joiners and managers.+ Assist with maintaining trackers of various HR Operations processes and data.+ Help gather required new employee paperwork and file properly.+ Perform HR-related document filing/data storage management and maintenance (paper and digital).**What's Needed?**+ 1 to 3 years of comparable or relevant experience.+ Knowledge of basic HR processes, principles, and practices across all areas of HR including I9s/Immigration.+ Experience with HRIS employee data maintenance a plus, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.+ Exposure to background check administration process for new employees and contractors.+ Advanced experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and Word.**What's in it for me?**+ Opportunity to work with a dynamic team to manage the employee and organizational data that keeps our systems and processes working.+ Hybrid 1 day per week in NYC.+ Opportunity to learn and gain facility with an evolving HR technology set.+ Collaborative team player environment.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now.
