- Work with other Human Resources professionals to understand their data needs and develop self-service solutions for those needs.
- Ad-hoc analysis helping functional leaders solve current business problems utilizing Human Resources data and tools.
- Streamlining and socializing new analytical tools and data which help foster data-driven decision making.
- Provide Human Resources professionals and functional leaders business data-driven insights utilizing analytical tools.As part of our team, we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your careerMust haves:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher or graduated within last two years
- Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell, WA
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Strong interest in data analytics and statistical analysisNice to haves:
- Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
- Understanding and proficiency in Tableau
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Tableau Desktop and Server experience
- Positive and energetic
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resourcesThe compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
