Primary Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly payroll (Paycom)
- Input and calculate garnishments and deductions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws
- Prepare reports for review and update HRIS system as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain time and attendance records, manage timecard violations, and ensure system integrity for employee data.
- Oversee all recruiting administrative duties.
- Assist with special projects, audits, compliance reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Administer all employee benefit plans, including enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations, while ensuring compliant record-keeping.
- Provide accurate reporting and required documents for all audits.
- Ensure compliant record retention, consistently maintaining current and complete personnel files.
- Reconcile monthly premium statements and ensure accurate and timely department allocations.
- Coordinate and manage employee activities/events.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of Payroll experience REQUIRED
- PAYCOM experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 1+ years of previous experience in Human Resources or administrative roles REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, human resources or related field of study preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Computer skills to include but not limited to All Microsoft applications and Outlook
- Strong Excel Knowledge to include but not limited to: Formatting, Formulas, Creating Reports, Sorting Data.
