Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. Corporate Office in Cheat Lake, WV is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our HR team.Duties include, but are not limited to:• Provides administrative Support for the Human Resources Department• Management of Personnel Files and HRIS data input for readily identifiable information• Tracking of all Personnel files, employee attendance and updates to personal information• Complete requests for employment verifications• Supports department in faxing and copying needs, and other duties as assigned.• Manage Inventory for Company uniforms: Subway, Burger King, Little Caesars, and BFS Companies• Correspondence and memos to company managers and personnel• Assist with benefits administration and clerical work related to benefits tracking• Assist with other HR duties as needed• General knowledge of Microsoft Office software• Excellent data entry, computer and communication skills neededBenefits Include:• Paid Vacation• Paid Sick Days• Health Insurance• 401K Match?Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
