Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, primarily focusing on onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days in the office and studio visits. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a coachable attitude, along with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding: - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Prepare and process onboarding documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees from the Recruiting team.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and training are provided to new hires.
Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures across all 15 locations.
- Assist in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration: - Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems thru Rippling and Notion.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including offer letters and termination notices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Compliance and Policy Support: - Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
Training and Development: - Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for employees.
- Help maintain training records and track employee development progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Rippling, Notion and Canva is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
