ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Associate will perform a variety of job duties focused on talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, HRIS reporting, data processing and analysis, and HR projects.This role is responsible for responding to employee inquiries, liaising with specialist teams (i.e. Benefits, etc.) as needed to address employee queries.The HR Associate will partner with the HR Manager on performance & talent management processes as well as handling of employee matters.
• Respond to employee queries and partner with HR manager to address any employee matters.• Support HR initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, etc.• Perform HR administration related to staffing changes (job requisitions, new hires, job changes, exit documents/terminations, etc.) utilizing our HRIS system. • Partner with HR Manager on the HR community's Innovation Platform.• Generate reports and analyze data from Workday, ICIMS, etc. to provide summary results and trend data.• Assist with employee onboarding, including completion of onsite I9s as required.• Complete Immigration related requirements (job postings, data requests, etc.).• Participate in and/or lead on-site employee events, activities and/or training.• Assist with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications• Minimum of two years of HR experience required, preferably in a generalist capacity.• Good understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.• Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information. • Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Flexible and adaptable to new situations and work assignments.• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact well with various levels of management and employees.• Experience with HRIS (i.e. Workday) a plus.
Education Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field.
