As a critical member of the HR team, you'll work directly with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance, and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Act as the HR partner for assigned business groups, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, policy development, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Deliver training programs on safety, performance, and company policies.
- Oversee HR reporting, data analysis, and organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in safety committee activities and support related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of HR experience (1+ years in recruitment) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Spanish bilingual preferred.
- HR certification is a plus.
