HR Associate- Philadelphia, PA LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Associate in Philadelphia, PA. This position is a Contract to Hire position (Temp to possible perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $25-$28/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Responsibilities: Processing paperwork for new hires Handling compliance and clearances Inputting data such as payroll Handling emails Keeping up to date data reports analytics requested for state, local, and federal annual reports Monitor and input FMLA, STD WC, and Leave of Absences Handle new hire orientation Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suites or Google Suites 3+ years in HR Must be proficient in Excel Paychex is a plus but not required Good written and verbal communication Good attention to detail Can work independently Employment type: Contract to Hire (temp to possible perm) Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $25-$28/hr.
