HR Associate - Technical Trainer 1Location: Plymouth, MI, USEntry Level: Career Starters (0-3 years)Function: Human ResourcesType of Contract: permanentJob ID: 31259Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a HR Associate - Technical Trainer located at their Plymoiuth, MI but may travel to all MI locations.If you have experience within training, then this position might be right for you!Job Responsibilities: This role will be a mix of DOJO training and production training support.Support onboarding by serving as a trainer and gatekeeper to the sitesDirect Training Process auditing and training requirementsDeliver an engaging onboarding experience to new hiresHost technical training to new hires in MI DOJOAudit and support Direct Training Process on the production floorCommunicate and support training initiativesProvide administrative support to the HR Training teamEducation & Experience:1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious training experience preferredAbility to understand manufacturing concepts and present them in a way that all new hires can understandMust be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excelConfidence presenting training material to groups of new hires at all levels of the organization as well as working with production leadership and new hires to support Direct Training ProcessMust have excellent documentation, organizational and oral communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OutlookMust be able to travel intermittently within one hour to Webasto's Michigan sites as neededWebasto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
