A Brief OverviewResponsible for the on-going planning, maintenance and reporting of the UH HR Portal and all interfaced systems.
What You Will Do- Develops and executes upon an annual editorial calendar, keeping all content updated and refreshed on a regular basis. Segments messaging based on employee groups as appropriate.
- Aligns HR Portal content to annual People Strategy and Employee Value Proposition.
- Plans for and manages all system and technology updates. Troubleshoots portal issues with vendor through resolution.
- Trains & assists portal content owners and ensures a consistent adherence to governance standards.
- Monitors portal analytics and develops associated reports. Leverages Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Proactively identifies opportunities and adjusts content based on utilization and user feedback.
- Integrates data and reporting from other platforms, including recognition, tuition, leave of absence, retirement and benefits to create a comprehensive scorecard for total rewards.
- Collaborates with Internal Communications to support a variety of communication and change management efforts through the portal, including strategies to build portal utilization.

Qualifications:Education- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Work Experience- 3+ years HR and communications experience, with a strong concentration on benefits. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities- Demonstrated experience working with technology platforms to communicate HR-related content. (Required proficiency)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. (Required proficiency)
- Ability to analyze data and develop reports in a variety of formats. (Required proficiency)
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive outcomes. (Required proficiency)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. (Required proficiency)
