Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Business Analyst - AI/Automation Systems to be a part of our team, blending technical, analytical and consulting skills together to revolutionize AI and automation within HR. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members across the organization to develop and embed AI solutions and best practices into HR systems, leveraging advanced technology to enhance processes and experiences. Evaluate AI and automation concepts for practicality and develop business cases that align with our objectives and governance, while maintaining responsible AI standards. Maintain documentation of the AI lifecycle, capturing business requirements, risk management, and monitoring plans to ensure ongoing alignment with the intent and goals. Oversee and execute AI testing and monitoring plans, including: Development of dashboards and reports to consistently evaluate AI performance and integrity using diverse methods and tools. Conduct regular reviews of AI monitoring results, ensuring consistent model performance and alignment with objectives of the outcomes. Summarize findings, and when necessary, devise remediations in line with governance and monitoring plans to address and enhance outcomes. Develop comprehensive documentation and training programs to enhance the explainability of AI models, increase stakeholder understanding and awareness of the ethical use. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure systems adhere to regulations and best practices, and proactively prepare for future changes. Promote responsible AI practices by advocating for transparency, fairness, and accountability, and highlight the advantages of AI technology. Stay up to date with AI/Automation technology advancements and trends. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer/Data Science, Business or related field. Demonstrated expertise working in the design and/or monitoring of AI systems. Knowledge of AI/ Automation tools and platforms pertinent to HR. Demonstrate proficiency in system testing by identifying AI testing criteria and scenarios, developing test cases, conducting tests, and analyzing issues to devise solutions. Professional attributes and skills: Inquisitive with a strong drive to experiment and seek new knowledge. Analytical, statical capabilities to evaluate model performance and make informed decisions. Effectively communicates to diverse audiences on complex concepts Adapts to changes in the environment, technologies, and evolving business demands. Leads cross-disciplinary teams to foster relationships and achieve goals effectively. Self-driven, manages multiple projects independently and effectively within tight deadlines. Expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation tools with experience in integrating AI models into existing systems. Committed to ethical AI and data privacy, ensuring responsible AI design and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from understanding and documenting business requirements to implementation of technical solutions. The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
