Inoltra is seeking a HR Business Analyst for one of our clients. This is a full-time/permanent position located on the West Coast of Florida. Candidates must be able to go on-site at least 5 days/week. Client is open to candidates willing to relocate.
HR Business Analyst
- Business Analyst/Process role focused on core HR (onboarding, hiring, benefits, compensation, etc.)
- Provide guidance around the best approach to structuring an organization/team, provide workflows and advisory support, write HR specifications to pass to the technical team and streamline the documentation and processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Understanding of core HR functions is required
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is ideal (Workday, Oracle HCM, etc. would also work)
- Must have previous experience working for a global business
- Great communication, team oriented, and ability to build strong relationships is required
