Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a HR Business Partner - EBS & Operating for Growth.The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do:We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner - EBS & Operating for Growth. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH with hybrid work available. If candidates are not located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH, relocation assistance will be offered. Position Overview:This role offers a tremendous change to lead transformational work alongside with senior HR and functional leaders at Eaton. This role supports the following corporate functions: EBS functions, CI, OPEX, Quality and Sustainability as well as leadership support for Operating for Project project/ function. The HRBP for EBS and Ops4G will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR leadership and support including leading the change management associated with the global operational transformation program. As an integral part of the EBS and Op4G leadership team, this role will identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives.In partnership with the EBS leader at Eaton, Ops4G leader, and HRVP for these functions this HR leadership role is accountable for the oversight and management of all elements of operational HR including performance and talent management, positive employee relations planning/communication, employee development, succession development and execution, culture/employee engagement, and compensation/benefits.These functions are currently undergoing several transformations. In the context of these transformations, this will help lead the following: •Workforce analytics and partnering with EBS and Ops4G to create a roadmap for workforce transformation•Partner with EBS and Ops4G in the interest of continuous improvement to define and implement process changes and enhancements to optimize organizational effectiveness•Drive OAD activity in partnership with these functions for the global functions considering the changing operating model driven by process redesign, automation and digitalization•Partnering with EBS and Ops4G on skills gap analysis and training strategy.•Evaluate and define the career path for roles in these functions post operating model change•Drive and coordinate recruitment of all positions needed as a result of the project or the future operating model•Work with local HR as appropriate, to ensure a smooth implementation of change management actions, including any country specific regulatory/works council requirements•Lead communications and change management activities•Partner with finance to track actuals versus plan on any people related metrics. Drive restructuring activities per established plans.Skills:Required (Basic) Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.•Minimum 10 years of experience working in multi-national HR Operational and Management environment across regions globally. •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.Preferred qualifications:•Experience in Program and Project management, coordinating, tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams•Experience in partnering with senior leadership to create and drive strategic HR and key functional organization initiatives on an international scale•Experience in coaching and advising senior executives on business-critical issues•Exposure to Organization Development, including Organizational Change Management, Compensation, Talent Assessment, and Employment Law coupled with practical savvy for coaching management on these topics and applying the knowledge to training and deployment.•Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment•Experience in introducing new HR initiatives/practices and in driving continuous improvement in a multinational environment.Position Criteria:•Proven track record influencing and driving complex and large scale organizational transformation.•Track record of effectively balancing operational and strategic priorities to ensure seamless delivery•Collaborative and team-work focused style a must.•Experience navigating a highly matrixed global organization to execute HR strategy•Coordinate with EBS functions and operating for growth project owners •Exposure across technology, manufacturing and power management industries a plus•Able to cooperate and influence in a matrix organization•25% travel required We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
