Job DescriptionAs a People Business Partner, your role is to work closely with the business to align people initiatives with our organizational objectives. You will bridge the gap between the business and the broader HR team, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Your responsibility is to drive a positive workplace culture, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success and growth of Vialto through effective people strategies.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with managers and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support Vialto's overall mission.
  • Provide business partner expertise to individuals seeking resolution to all HR matters that arise including but not limited to compliance, performance management, and policies, working closely (as appropriate) with the global HR team.
  • Provide successful career coaching in order to drive high performance.
  • Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement sound solutions.
  • Work closely with the reward team on annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
  • Work on talent development and succession planning initiatives, identifying and nurturing the future leaders of the organization.
  • Collaborate on organizational change initiatives, restructures and culture development to improve overall performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee and management, managing conflict resolution, addressing grievances and providing guidance on employee related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Use HR metrics and data and track key performance indicators to make informed decisions, and propose a specific course of action.
  • Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices.
  • Ad hoc HR projects.
Additional Information
  • Compensation Range: $77,000-150,000
  • This is a remote role
