Job DescriptionKey responsibilities.
- Work with all stakeholders to demonstrate how HR can help achieve the culture shift and transformation required to improve communication and knowledge sharing and operational results.
- Working with corporate L&D and onsite training leader, build management and team member capability through coaching and input on operational processes, people management processes & decision making skills
- Work with hiring managers on site vacancies ensuring top talent is brought into the business and candidates are brought in with a professional and instructive onboarding journey.
- Provide guidance to operating teams on all people issues to enable comprehensive performance management.
- Proficiency with annual performance management system; will coordinate all mid and end of year performance evaluations in conjunction with Piramal Corporate HR.
- Ability to plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Will participate in the Patient Centricity counsel for the Lexington site.
- Use data and metrics to identify potential issues or key trends and supports decision-making that really increases employee engagement.
- Support the upcoming plant expansion project which will take place beginning in 2025.
Job competencies.
- Experience providing high-quality advice and human resource guidance to clients in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated competence using personal computers and various software such as spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and internet. Microsoft Office software preferred. Will use Oracle software extensively in this role.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and compiling information to analyze and evaluate complex matters.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training and presenting to small and large groups. Working knowledge of human resource laws and regulations.
- Experience in one or more of the following specialist areas: compensation, recruitment and selection, performance management, organizational development, or employee and labor relations.
- Successful experience providing customer service for a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders in a complex organizational environment. Experience in Pharma industry is helpful but not required.
QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE.
- Substantial relevant HR generalist experience (7 yrs +). HR certification or bachelor's degree in human resources (or related field). Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Advanced knowledge of and expertise in HR practices and application of human resources concept along with working knowledge of applicable laws & regulations.
