  • You will implement company culture, values, and policies.
  • You will grow workforce strategies, to recruit, and develop qualified candidates.
  • You will promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts.
  • You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve apprenticeship program).
  • You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
  • You will manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
  • You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
  • You will maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
  • You will remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
  • You exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • You have basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, and Word processing.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel internal and external.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
  • You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Decisive and self-confident.
  • Payroll experience Preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred.
