- Assess, anticipate, and consult on human resources-related needs.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies that enable business results.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Maintain knowledge of employment law requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with internal and external Legal partners as needed.
- Advise management on promotions, internal transfers, and related compensation changes.
- Support leadership through organizational development employee moves, as needed.
- Provide performance management support to leaders and employees.
- Provide advice and deliver programs that provide career development and coach leaders on team development.
- Work closely with HR colleagues, leadership, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Monitor training programs to ensure training objectives are being met. Follow up with business partners as needed to enable successful completion of training needs.

- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related HR experience.
