Due to our continuous growth in having just retained our 140th client(!), we're expanding the team yet again and are seeking to add a part-time HR Consultant to our team.What You'll DoWe are looking for an experienced HR guru that loves all things human capital, employee experience, HR tech, and who understands the intricacies of small business. This role will ramp up to average 20-30 hours per week (but could be more or less) with a main focus in transactional HR management. You may be involved in engagements that include the following:
  • Coaching a client on navigating a sticky employee relations case
  • Implementing a new HRIS
  • Crafting culture guidebooks and employee handbooks
  • Conducting HR effectiveness assessments
  • Leading the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process
  • Facilitating an organizational redesign project
  • Helping a manager navigate a complex leave management situation
  • Training leaders on effective performance management tactics
What You'll Bring
  • At least seven (7) years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a small to mid-sized company.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification with broad-based HR generalist background. You don't have to be an expert in ALL the things, but a wide-variety of experiences in various industries is valuable since we work with so many types of companies. Although we do hire specialists from time to time, this is not one of those times. Jacks and Jills of all (HR) trades are encouraged to apply. We're looking for experienced and forward-thinking leaders who understand culture, compliance and everything in between.
  • Passion for pouring into our clients and helping them strengthen their people programs and outcomes.
  • We are also looking for a consultant who resides within 30 minutes of downtown GR for convenience of being onsite with our clients regularly and gathering for our quarterly team meetings.
  • Your time management, communication and organization skills are top-notch and you'll be an amazing ambassador for the CPG brand.
  • True passion for human resources and business strategy while bringing fun to your work. Even on trying days, you are adaptable, encouraging and find the silver lining. Our team is collaborative, engaged and won't tolerate uncool HR.
