HR Coordinator - Data Entry (Entry Level)

Specific Duties and Responsibilities* Process hiring paperwork including but not limited to data entry, background checks, drug screening and filing.* Maintain a working knowledge of complete paperwork according to company, state, and federal laws.* Perform general clerical duties including typing, faxing, photocopying, etc.* Hire, update, and terminate all employees through Ultipro.* Be familiar with federal and states labor laws.* Assist in the screening and interviewing of applicants.* Greet all applicants and employees in a professional and courteous manner.* Review and process all payroll discrepancies, unemployment claims, and employment verifications.* Track and communicate staffing levels to Park management daily.* Comply with all Safety responsibilities, policies, and proceduresReporting StructureReports directly to the Human Resources Supervisors.Minimum Requirements* Must be at least 18 years old* Must possess strong organizational skills, very detail oriented and be able to multitask.* Must be able to provide World Class Service to all employees and guest.* Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of all Human Resources documents and other proprietary information.* Must be willing and able to work closely with other employees.* Prior office experience preferred.* Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays,* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.* Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 40lbs occasionally.Other Functions: Perform all other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.  While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
