Contract - full time hours (8AM-5PM)
Fully onsite
Located in Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Essential Job Functions:
- Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
- Maintains accurate records and personnel files.
- Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations
- If multi-language speaker; apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.
- Receptionist who is cross trained to handle benefits and worker's compensation tasks to support our employees
- Coordinates Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.
- Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.
- Maintains employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.
- Other duties may also be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Intercommunication skills.
- Customer Service Driven.
- Validated organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
