In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture. - Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Must have flexibility, strong communication skills, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
- Capable of prioritizing and organizing work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in HR related systems (Dayforce).
- BA/BS in HR or related field; PHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of administrative support.
- Work with HR Business Partner team to provide internal HR support.
- Assist with creating and editing correspondence and other documents, preparation of information and reports, research.
- Assist with compliance regarding federal and state laws, statues and regulations related to HR practices including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and recordkeeping.
- Provide daily support, including onboarding & offboarding to employee base by fielding day-to-day general HR questions.
- Participates on project(s) for complete life cycle by assisting with the planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the specific project to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($48,000 - $52,000) which consists of base salary and target sales incentive (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates.
