- Hours: Monday-Friday, day shift, 30 hours per week
- Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for frontline positions
- Manage benefits administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Conduct routine check-in interviews and assist with staff training
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and museum policies
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR or similar experience
- Experience with recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
