Overview:

The HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees. The main administrative duties include maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. This role will also play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts through innovative and effective social media strategies. This individual will leverage their expertise in social media platforms, analytics and candidate engagement to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Data enter New Hires, terms, and employee changes into various HR software. Maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization within UKG document Manager Create and execute effective social media strategies to attract and engage with potential candidates, this will include creating content, researching and understanding the target audience, tracking metrics and analyzing data to improve the talent acquisition process. Manage and maintain our companies social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, indeed, Glassdoor etc. Create engaging and informative content including videos and graphics to attract and engage potential candidates Interact with candidates through social media channels, answering questions, providing information and fostering positive relationships. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand through social media Stay up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media Utilize social media platforms to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines Create signage, flyers, and handouts as necessary. Maintain digital copies of employees records Maintain the digital signage within the company intranet and TVs in each building Scheduling training programs Manage Labor law posters Helps with coordination HR and employee events Conducts exit interviews and sends exit packets Participate in HR Projects Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, communications or related field 0-2 years experience in social media marketing or recruiting Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with HR software Experience with Microsoft office Suite Excellent organizational and time management skills Creative, tech savy, and passionate about social media and recruitment Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
