Client Details
My client is a prestigious bank with a global presence, provides a comprehensive range of financial services to their customers.
Description
- Assisting in performance management processes, communicating with employees and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Conduct various reports including annual report, meeting minutes, proposal in Chinese and English
- Other ad hoc projects, organize paperwork and other misc files
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or other related fields of study
- 0-3 years of corporate HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with solid organizational skills, attention to details, commitment to deadlines, and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Accounting and budget management background is preferred
