Job Description:

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and organized **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our clients team **OnSite** in McBee, SC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our field-based HR teams and ensuring a positive employee experience.

**Qualifications:**

+ 2-3+ years of experience in administrative support or HR-related roles.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

+ Self-motivated, positive attitude, and proactive approach.

**Preferred Skills/Experience:**

+ Experience working in a multi-site environment.

+ Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

+ Ability to explain benefits clearly to employees.

+ Hands-on approach and willingness to assist with employee inquiries.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires.

+ Provide compliance reporting support as needed.

+ Assist with leave management and communication with employees.

+ Manage escalations and provide day-to-day support to field teams.

+ Support employee off-boarding processes.

+ Collect and organize headcount data.

+ Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

+ Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

+ Support field HRBP team with tracking and reporting compliance metrics.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
