Administrative Support:Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
Onboarding and Offboarding:Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation, preparing documentation, and conducting background checks. Support offboarding processes for departing employees.
Recruitment Assistance:Help with recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Employee Inquiries:Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating issues as needed.
Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure all employee records and documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with legal and company requirements.
HR Project Support:Provide assistance on various HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance audits.
