Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Midland, TX. The HR Coordinator will assist the HR Department with administrative duties and facilitate HR processes across all business locations. This position will be responsible for supporting HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and other areas of HR as needed. General Responsibilities: Initiates the pre-employment process for new employees and assists with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting new hire orientation. Assists with employee hiring, pre-employment, offboarding, and records maintenance. Coordinates interviews, hiring debriefs, and employee events as requested. Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Develops a 30-60-90 day review and feedback loop process and implements it across the organization. Coordinates employee engagement initiatives to support a positive work culture. Assists with Learning and Development programs. Assists with data entry and reporting as it relates to our HR Information System. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to proactively take initiative. Think critically and make decisions confidently. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of HR experience. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
