About Us: Totally Joined For Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is a minority-owned, CVE-verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) performance driven professional services government contracting company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to the U.S. government agencies and organizations.About the position:TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified HR Coordinator to support our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. This position will report to the HR Director and will support Human Resources Departments.This position will be onsite and offers a hybrid schedule.The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the human resources departments by managing new hire processes, administering ERP software, and performing a variety of general administrative tasks. This role will require a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Human Resources Support:
  • Support HR activities, including employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documentation, and setting up employee records.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
ERP Software Administration:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP software, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to employees using the ERP system.
Payroll and Employment Taxes:
  • Assist with timesheets submission and payroll process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
General Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform general office management duties, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and maintaining accurate records for both finance and HR departments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years in Human Resources
  • Advanced computer and Internet skills, including high proficiency with Internet searches and computer applications (including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work on a self-initiated basis; ability to prioritize multiple demands and meet deadlines
  • Efficient and meticulous with a prominent level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Premium customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with payroll tax and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
