Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Schedule and coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug screens for new hires
- Process new hires
- Assist with new hire orientations/I-9s
- Process new temps through HUB Recruiting
- Print employee badges and T-Cards
- Gather and scan employee files into our data base
- Maintain and update electronic personnel files
- Process terminations
- Work with Payroll and/or Employees on payroll issues
- Assist with Day Pay and Bonus reports and processing for field personnel
- Maintain filing of payroll and day pay/bonus reports
- Code and submit invoices
- Run hours reports for P&Ls
- Run monthly hours report for HSE
- Run end of month headcount reports for various departments
- Handle entering, approving and signing off for NOV Time, weekly
- Oversee onsite random testing
- Update Federal/State posters at the manufacturing facility
- Compliance to Company policy/procedures
- Strict adherence to confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and other related duties as necessary
Requirements
- Associates degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Must possess effective listening, speaking and writing skills
- Must be multi-task oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
