In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be proficient in utilizing HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Employee timeclock management.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support succession planning initiatives by maintaining accurate records of employee evaluations and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in Safety training and meetings
- Work with drivers to keep all logs and vehicle inspections up to date
Pay: $20.78 - $22.21 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 40 per weekBenefits:

Requirements
- Proficient in benefits administration and knowledgeable about various employee benefit programs.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.
