We are a mission-driven, collaborative community of passionate and creative professionals, and we welcome those seeking to apply their work expertise and strengths to making a positive impact on Arizona's education system.A Day as RBBB's Human Resources CoordinatorAs the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you will work in a shared office space. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for managing all onboarding and offboarding procedures, particularly for part-time staff. During the peak hiring seasons, the start of each school semester, the HR Coordinator will be tasked with assisting new hires in the completion of their required background checks and will conduct new hire onboarding paperwork and orientations. Other key duties include managing the employee recognition program, administering benefits, and maintaining employee personnel files. As an HRIS administrator, the HR Coordinator will respond to general employee inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service to our team members. This role also involves assisting the HR Manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Education/Experience
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; Prior experience working in an HR department; SHRM membership and/or HR certification; Prior experience with/knowledge of: Payroll and/or HRIS management system, Data management system, Benefits administration, Applicant Tracking System, SharePoint, Outlook Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Timekeeping & Payroll Processing Software
